This Insurance program uses insurance policies to collateralize non-investment grade or speculative borrowers and provide them with more than favorable terms than they could receive from a bank or credit union or, anyone else for that matter. It requires that only a very small percentage down as those funds are used to purchase an insurance policy that secures your investment. This is NOT negotiable!

The borrower receives both the loan & the down payment plus all fee’s back upon funding. (100% Funding) These type of programs have been around since the 70’s. We have had a lot of success with these types of programs so nobody will convince me of them not working. You may or may not choose to work with us which is fine. DOWN PAYMENT:

(this pays for premium insurance policy on loan…NON NEGOTIABLE!)
$5M to $20M = 5% down
$21M to $200M = 4% down
$200M $1B = 3% down

 

POINTS:

(Points are added to your loan amount to come out of loan proceeds…NON NEGOTIABLE!)
$5M — $7.4M = 8%
$7.5M — $50M = 7%
$51M — $199M = 6%
$200M — $850M = 5%

*Lenders underwriter requires $10K min UPFRONT before any projects are submitted to lender for loan contract. This prevents fake Proof Of Funds! Don’t blame us for this.
After verification, he will Submit your Info to our Lender and within 24 Hrs., He will Prepare a FINAL LOAN CONTRACT which I will forward to you.

*Once the Loan Contract has been Signed and Accepted, THEN , we will forward Lenders Wire information for Immediate Wire of the 5% to His Corporate Account, After Receipt, & Within 7-12 Days Lender will Wire your Loan to your Bank Account. The process to insure the funds takes approx. 3 days.

CLOSING COMPLETED. 12-15 Days Start to Finish. All fees will be added to loan amount so it equals 100% of the amount requested.
